About / Why Margnix exists

Amazon performance should connect to business economics.

Margnix was built around a simple problem: Amazon brands are often optimizing advertising separately from conversion, organic growth, inventory and profitability. We connect those decisions into one operating view.

Why we exist

A campaign can show a good ACOS while total advertising costs rise, organic sales weaken, conversion falls, inventory creates pressure, or contribution margin disappears. Optimizing one dashboard without the rest of the account can create the appearance of growth without the economics.

We built Margnix to connect those pieces. PPC, listings, conversion, launches and growth strategy are managed around one objective: profitable marketplace growth.

That means fewer vanity claims, clearer tradeoffs and a working plan that can explain why money is being spent, what should change next and which numbers will tell us whether the decision was right.

Operating principles

Four rules we actually use.

01

Profit before vanity.

Revenue and ACOS can look healthy while the business gets weaker. We keep contribution margin, profit per unit and total advertising efficiency in the decision.

02

Diagnose before spending.

More budget is not a strategy. We look for the actual constraint first — campaign structure, conversion, inventory, pricing, positioning or the economics of the offer.

03

Honest no.

If the account is not ready for more spend, the product economics do not support the plan, or Margnix is not the right fit, the useful answer is no — not a bigger proposal.

04

Earn the renewal.

The work should keep creating value. Standard engagements do not depend on an annual lock-in, so the operating relationship has to continue making sense.
